DRM SPORTS Terms and Conditions

Welcome to DRMSPORTS ! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the DRMSPORTS application, and all related services provided by DRMSPORT S. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the App, you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. We may modify these Terms at any time, so please review them regularly. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2. User Registration
To access certain features of the App, you must register using a valid email address and create a password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. One user can have only two logged-in account to watch matches.

3. Subscription Plans
DRM SPORTS offers both free and premium content. Access to premium content requires a paid subscription, which can be purchased on a monthly or yearly basis. Subscriptions are not set to auto-renew; users must manually renew their subscription to continue accessing premium content. Payments for subscriptions are processed through stripe currency methods, and it is the responsibility of the user to ensure they have sufficient funds to complete the transaction.

Upon successful payment, users will gain access to the premium features for the duration of their chosen subscription period. It is important for users to note that subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by law.

Additional Considerations:
Payment Processing: All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. DRM SPORTS does not store credit card details or banking information. Users are encouraged to review the privacy policies of these payment processors.
Subscription Management: Users can manage their subscriptions, including purchasing new subscriptions or renewing existing ones, through the App. It is the user's responsibility to monitor their subscription status and renew their subscription if they wish to continue accessing premium content beyond the initial subscription period.
Changes to Subscription Plans: DRM SPORTS reserves the right to change the pricing, features, or availability of subscription plans at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users in advance, and users will have the option to renew under the new terms or cancel their subscription
4. Content Usage Rights
All content available through the App, including text, graphics, logos, images, and videos, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may view, download, and print content from the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not remove any copyright or other proprietary notices.

5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability.
Submit false or misleading information.
Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.
6. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose personal information.

7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the App, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us, our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any third-party information providers to the App from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms by you.

9. Termination
We may terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. Upon termination, all rights granted to you in these Terms will immediately cease.
